This policy refers to all of iXperience’s Courses, unless otherwise noted in the specific country’s program materials.
The Participant’s placement in the Course is unique to that Participant and their placement in the Course cannot be transferred or ceded without iXperience’s express prior written consent.
This Refund Policy must be read in conjunction with all of iXperience’s other applicable Terms and policies, which apply.
Course Cancellation by iXperience
iXperience reserves the right to refuse the Participant’s application prior to payment of the deposit by the Participant and/or cancel a Course for any reason in its sole discretion, including there being an insufficient number of Participants for a Course.
In the event that a Course is cancelled by iXperience at whatever time, iXperience will notify the Participant immediately and refund the Participant that which has been paid for that Course. The Participant agrees that they will have no further claim against iXperience for any loss or damage incurred as a result of this cancellation, whether direct, indirect or consequential.
Course Cancellation by the Participant
The Participant’s deposit of $750.00 (seven hundred and fifty United States Dollars) is non-refundable. This is because iXperience has a limited number of Participants it can accept and has incurred non-refundable costs planning the Course.
In the event that the Participant cancels their attendance more than 20 (twenty) business days prior to the commencement of the Course, the Participant will notify iXperience in writing with valid reasons for cancellation and supporting documentation.
In the above situation, the Participant will be refunded:
the Course fee already received by iXperience, less the deposit, should iXperience accept the Participant’s reason and accompanying documentation outlining the reason for cancellation, with iXperience acting reasonably; or
the balance of the Course fee received by iXperience, if any, after a deduction of 30% (thirty percent) of the total required Course fee, should iXperience not accept the Participant’s reason and accompanying documentation outlining the reason for cancellation, with iXperience acting reasonably.
In the event that the Participant cancels their attendance 20 (twenty) business days or less prior to the commencement of the Course or during the Course, the Participant shall be liable to iXperience for the full Course fee due to the fact that all preparations for the Course have been made and iXperience cannot replace the Participant’s place in the Course.
Airline Tickets and Travel Documentation
In no instance whatsoever will iXperience be responsible to refund the Participant for any airline tickets or travel documentation costs incurred by the Participant due to a cancellation of the Course by either the Participant or iXperience for whatever reason, and in any time period.
